5. General Comments

i.                    One classroom was provided for each school near the hall

ii.                  Refreshments were provided to all guests, teachers, participants and prefects.(Estimated expenses: RM430.00)

iii.                Necessary equipment was provided as requested by the participating schools

iv.                Certificates were given to the judges, winners, participating schools and committee members

v.                  Coordinator for Drama Competition (Group M7), Ms Sajidah Begum Mohd was present during the competition

vi.                The drama competition was conducted in a fair and orderly manner
