OUTCOMES:
Based on the questions asked,
Girl Guides Thailand doesn’t give priority to producing Queen Guides, but
instead, they are focusing in unlocking the girls’ potential as well as
enhancing their living skills which in turns help them to be competent and
capable work force for the nation.
The Girl Guide Movement in Thailand
puts focus in recruiting a big number of members from all walks of life to be
instated as leaders. Besides, they prioritise in nurturing girls into building
self-esteem, self-confident and self-believe to ensure they would produce girls
who have the quality aspired by the leaders / government. Therefore, logbook
production is a no-no.
There are four regions in the
whole nation with Girl Guides Headquarters led by a leader. This allows them to
focus on carrying out community service where each community service carried
out, 10 points will be given to the region concerned. Such programmes are:
a.
Giving services
b.
Citizenship
c.
Cultural and Heritage
d.
Environment
e.
Health
|
f.
Technology
g.
Family life
h.
My vision
i.

j.

|
Girl
Guides Headquarters render services such as lodging, cafeteria, equipment used
in seminars and swimming pool on top of carrying out courses on human capital.
